Mulino Question that has only recently been resolved

There has been a philosophical puzzle since 1688 known as the Mulino Question that has only recently been resolved. The puzzle is; that if a blind person is born and can differentiate between geometric shapes such as a ball and a touch cube if he becomes sighted, can he differentiate between a ball and a cube just by looking?

Think a little bit and answer in the next lines! The answer is no, in 2003 it was tried on 5 blind-born men who became sighted after surgeries and could not differentiate between a cube and a ball just by looking at them for the first time even though they were touching.
