Real Madrid have reached a 25-year deal with U.S. company Ledgends to run his Santiago Bernabéu stadium, which is expected to make a profit for the club of around 400 million euros a year.

According to the Spanish daily Voss Popoli, the company specializing in marketing sports facilities expects revenues of between 400 and 440 million euros annually, thanks to various activities that include concerts to sales of shops, bars, etc.

According to the newspaper, the company will receive 20% of the profits under the agreement.

 

The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is currently undergoing renovation and is supposed to be completed by the end of this year or the beginning of 2023, with a closed roof clad in steel.

 

The stadium will also have retractable grass and can be used in other sports such as tennis or basketball as well as conferences or trade shows.

 

The Real Madrid Stadium is estimated to cost around 800 million euros.
